Cancellation Policy

We have a cancellation policy because this is our livelihood, and we reserve specific days for appointments. When customers cancel at the last minute or miss a confirmed appointment, that spot could have gone to someone else eager to book. Our policy states that if you need to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 fee. Likewise, if you confirm your appointment but don’t show up, you’ll be charged a $50 fee for holding a time slot another customer could have used.
